At Schweda, SERVICE is an attitude, not a department! Anyone anywhere can offer machine tools for sale, but only a nearby service/applications team like ours can offer the additional assurance of maximum machine performance and return on your investment.
As Service Manager of Schweda, my goals are to make sure we live up to your service expectations. With our factory trained and certified technicians we offer the finest service department anywhere in the United States.
We service everything we sell! We cover nine major lines and twenty support equipment lines and no matter if they are big or small, we service them. From day one our thought has been to "do whatever it takes to make the customer happy". We still live by that motto and work hard at making sure this always happens.
Today, we are still working to gain more technical and product knowledge to be able to provide you the service you need to keep your machines running and productive for years to come. Machine tool builders are advancing their technology every year and we intend to keep up.
This is my tenth year at Schweda and I am very proud to lead the finest group of service technicians anywhere! We take pride in our jobs and work hard to make sure somebody gets to a customer within 24 hours of their initial service call.
This new web site is further proof of our commitment to the customer. There are several new exciting features, but one of my favorites is the ability to email a service request. After we receive the request, we will call you back while diagnosing the problem and get a service technician to your facility.
