Not all officials accept e-mail and sometimes the size of the e-mail is limited so included are both e-mail and FAX NUMBERS (the preferred method) when available. Do not use snail mail to Washington D.C. - it is not always opened because of irradiation and it is very slow. Make sure you include your address and your e-mail address - otherwise they will disregard your message
